Shipping

We ship to most of Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and UK.

We use DHL Express to ship to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and UK. In Europe we ship with GLS Standard and DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at check out.

If you are an EU customer, no further taxes or duties apply.

International customers will have to pay taxes and duties for their items at delivery.

Returns & exchanges

We only accept items in new condition, unworn and with original tags attached. You arrange your own return shipping and you have 14 days from when you receive your order to send back your return. Because we are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process, we recommend that you use tracked shipping for your returns. If you have any questions regarding returns, you can always reach out to help@jorded.com.

To initiate a return send an email to help@jorded.com with the subject "Return" and your order number. If you ordered more than one item, please also tell us which you're returning. Thereafter, you arrange your own return shipping to the address below. Because we are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process, we recommend that you use tracked shipping for your returns.

At this moment, we do not support automatic exchanges, but you can return your initial purchase for a refund and then order the other item that caught your eye.

My order

The price can change at check out for a couple of reasons:

- To reflect your chosen shipping method.

- Currency change depending on shipping destination.

- Whether or not we charge VAT in your country.

We try to process your orders as quickly as possible and we usually do it within 1-2 business days.

If you believe your order is lost in transit, please contact us at help@jorded.com. If it turns out that it did get lost in transit, you will be reimbursed.

We check each item before we ship it, but if somehow the item you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, you can return it and get your money back. Reach out to us at help@jorded.com.

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can reach out to help@jorded.com for cancelation or changes.

Other

Our clothes are manufactured in Romania and we mainly source materials from Europe. Here's further reading on our supply chain.

In as much as anything newly produced can be. We've tried to make the sustainable choice in each step of our production process and our choice in materials. You can read more about Collection One specifically and also check out our blog on sustainable fashion.

If you don't see your country on the list, it's because we don't yet ship to you (if you really, really want to buy something anyway, shoot us an email at help@jorded.com and we might be able to help).
