Shipping

We ship to most of Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and UK.

We use DHL Express to ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. In Europe you can choose between GLS Standard and DHL Express.

Shipping rates are calculated at check out.

Returns 

We only accept items in new condition, unworn and with original tags attached. You arrange your own return shipping and you have 14 days from when you receive your order to send back your return.

To initiate a return send an email to help@jorded.com with the subject "Return" and your order number. If you ordered more than one item, please also tell us which you're returning. Thereafter, you arrange your own return shipping to the address below. Because we are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process, we recommend that you use tracked shipping for your returns.

Exchanges

At this moment, we do not support automatic exchanges, but you can return your initial purchase for a refund and then order the other item that caught your eye.
